Events have been a particular favorite of Hawaii Profiles™ to cover from the beginning. We actually started out by covering beauty pageants, went on to theatre, and then branched off from there. We have 25 years of Events to try to catch up with so please be patient.

Hawaii Profiles™ Pageantry
From Miss Haleiwa Sea Spree 1999 to Mrs. Hawaii America 2024, Hawaii Profiles™ has provided innumerable and invaluable services to the pageant industry across Hawaii.
We have been the official photographer for dozens of Hawaii pageants. We have laid out and designed program books, contestant and sponsor ad pages; created posters, fliers, tickets, and banners. We have coached, trained, and advised contestants who have gone on to great success.
Hawaii Profiles Theatre
Hawaii Profiles™ Theatre provides some of the best theatre photography in Hawaii. Beginning with Kristian Lei’s Honolulu Broadway Babies in 2004 we have photographed many theatre productions, dance performances, singing recitals, and much more.
Hawaii Profiles Fashion Shows
Hawaii Profiles™ Fashion Shows have been an integral part of our promotion of the fine arts and fashion that is a major component in the fundraising and generosity on display in Hawaii. In loving memory of Eric & Takeo of 2Couture, and the Miss Hawaii USA and Teen USA beauty pageants in which they incorporated a tremendous amount of their love and fashion genius in the pageants that they directed. Rest in Peace, Eric & Takeo.
Hawaii Profiles Special Events
Hawaii Profiles™ Special Events encompass many different types of events over the years: the Samoan World Fireknife Competition at the Polynesian Cultural Center; the Stingrey Classic bodybuilding competition; Hot Import Nights (HIN) and other car shows. Some of our favorite specialty events was photographing bands. Dozens of the top bands in Hawaii from Sunburn, Big Toe, Missing Dave in the days of film then later including very famous cover bands like Iron Maidenz, Led Zepplica, and Redfoot; famous entertainers like John Sebastian, Terry Fader, Kristian Lei; and much much more.
